Bio: Sandra J. Peart is dean of the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond and E. Claiborne Robins Distinguished Professor in Leadership Studies. She is past president of the International Adam Smith Society and the History of Economics Society. Her dissertation research focused on early developments in neoclassical economics, specifically the transition from John Stuart Mill to William Stanley Jevons. Most recently she published, together with David M. Levy, Towards an Economics of Natural Equals: A Documentary History of the Early Virginia School.
