Adrien Bilal is awarded the Frisch Medal and wins the 2026 Best Young Economist Prize

Adrien Bilal was awarded the Econometric Society's 2026 Frisch Medal Award for his paper "Firm and Worker Dynamics in a Frictional Labor Market" with Niklas Engbom, Simon Mongey, and Giovanni L. Violante.

Bilal was also recognized for his research on environmental issues and received the 2026 Best Young Economist Prize from the French newspaper Le Monde and the French economics organization Cercle des économistes.
